Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, Skinny Marg will send a replacement. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If rejected, we will inform you of the reason.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
